You don’t do this alone.
And you shouldn’t.
Behind every person who builds confidence and passes their test is support. It might look different for different people, but it’s there.
Maybe it’s:
- An instructor who believed in you when you didn’t believe in yourself
- Family or friends who encouraged you
- A journaling practice that helped you process
- Videos or books that made something click
- This community — people who understand
- Your own inner voice — the part of you that kept saying “try again”
- A combination of all of these
Support isn’t weakness. Support is how humans actually transform.
The myth is that strong people do it alone. The truth is that strong people ask for help. Strong people surround themselves with people who believe in them. Strong people let themselves be supported.
Tell us about your support system.
- Who believed in you when you didn’t believe in yourself?
- What’s helped you? (A person, a practice, a community, a resource)
- Where do you turn when it’s hard?
- Who’s been there for you on the bad days?
And here’s the deeper question: Who are you supporting?
Because as you build your confidence, you also become someone who can help others. Your journey becomes your teaching.
Reflection Question: “Who am I relying on? And who am I becoming for others? What does support look like for me?”
Community Engagement: “Have you found someone in this community who ‘gets’ it? Reply to them. Thank them. Tell them what they mean to you.”
